Selling Real Estate isn't a job to me it is a passion. There is nothing more satisfying then a successful closed deal. Honesty and Integrity are two traits I live by. I won't sell a buyer a house just to sell one. It has to be the right house at the right time. When representing the seller, my goal is make sure they are comfortable and satisfied with the process from the beginning to the end.
Being a former New York Realtor for over 20 years, I am prideful knowing my sales were either predominantly repeat clients or referrals. That's how much people trusted me and my work ethic. Westchester County was my home for over 50 years before moving to South Florida with my husband and youngest daughter nine years ago. Now she is married and looking for a house of her own. My son is a Police Officer in NY and blessed me with the most adorable grandson almost two years ago. My middle daughter works for JetBlue (have to love the fly free perk,) and my step-daughter is a teacher. Three other four legged children round out our home and we love living in Lake Worth Beach with all South Florida has to offer and I love selling that dream to my clients. My motto is "Selling South Florida in a NY Minute" and I stick by that claim!
