And she is very knowledgeable with the home buying process and has a good eye for design and seeing the potential in each property. She was also honest about what changes, what price points and which expectations were realistic. Kasee checked in with me daily and made me feel like my home buying goal was also her goal. I always felt like a priority, and once I narrowed a neighborhood down I wanted to be in - she actually went door knocking to find me my home! She was so on top of everything and so readily available to show us homes. After looking at only 4 houses with her we found our winner, a home with a beautiful fenced in backyard for our puppies who absolutely love it now. Also, not to mention that we now live 2 miles away from the beach. All of this for exactly the same amount of rent that we were paying before, which was perfect. Alex also made it very easy for us with all the paperwork, she did all the negotiations with the landlord and Alex was in contact with us at every hour during the process, even on the day of her birthday she was working for us to close the deal on the house and she did just that.
